Could not able to track my registered upcoming exam in credentials/upcoming training.

Question

I have appointment booked this Saturday March 15,i want to reschedule it.but could not track my upcoming exams or in credentials.only already completed exam details only seen.please help to find the upcoming exam and reschedule it.
