Copilot Voice Chat Availability for Work Accounts

Question

Voice chat functionality with Copilot is accessible using a personal Hotmail account, but not with a work account (on Windows PC, Mac and iOS). You can not use copilot app on ios: it redirects you to the O365 app for Copilot where the voice chat option is absent (although dictation is working in the Outlook web application).

Despite searching through settings and the administrator options (with admin rights), no toggle for the voice chat function was found for this feature in my paid license of Copilot connected to my work account. Asking Copilot gives me the response that voice chat is not an option for work accounts. Is it true that a feature available in free Hotmail accounts is not accessible in paid work accounts? If not, where can the voice chat function be enabled in the settings? Thanks!
