I am unable to buy Partner Launch Benefits. Can you please help?

I have an MAPS/MPN subscription, valid to Sept'25. I want to change to Partner Launch Benefits. However the dashboard says I am not eligible. I have updated my account profile as recommended on several occasions. It remains stuck.
I have been a Microsoft Partner for many years, and used to be a Silver Partner. I dont understand why I am no longer verified.
How can I proceed and buy Partner Launch Benefits?
