I was using the Web to analyze a spreadsheet. Then, CoPilot started replying with "Try Again". Even when I switched from Work to Web and used the template prompts, is says "Try Again."

I switched to Excel and clicked the CoPilot button.
How do I make this bold?

Sorry, I'm having some trouble right now. Try reopening the workbook and sending your prompt again later.

I've gone to a different browser and got the same thing. I've reloaded the page, Opened a new Excel file.

Finally, I went into Outlook and asked it to draft an email "Tell a joke"

Great. If I want to know why CoPilot for the Web and CoPilot for Excel won't work, I have to use CoPilot for Outlook before I can get an error message? Is this even right?
