Can't delete my add-in

My add-ins can't be added in the last few days, and the user section within our organization can't remove the add-ins. What is the reason for this? Not only the web version but also the desktop client, and the devices we use are also different.

    Sometimes, organizational policies set by your admin can restrict the addition or removal of add-ins. Check with your IT admin to ensure there are no new policies affecting add-ins. More: Troubleshoot user errors with Office Add-ins - Office Add-ins | Microsoft Learn
