Register a fresh SCOM 2025 to Azure Log Analytics fail

Hello, I try to register a fresh SCOM 2025 install to Azure Log Analytics. I can select after login the subscription and resource, when clicking "create" the windows closes and no error or further messages appears on the SCOM server.
