Issue with OEM License – Windows Server 2022

I recently purchased a server with an OEM license for Windows Server 2022. Unfortunately, before I could fully read the product key, the license card got damaged, and now two characters of the key are unreadable.

Is there any way to retrieve the missing characters, or can I request a replacement for the license? I would appreciate your guidance on how to resolve this issue.
