how can I fix my printer HP Officejet Pro 6968. when I try to print something and it goes to enter a fax number instead of printing I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the printer I tried taking out the fax part of the printer. I have tried using the HP smart print and I still can't get it to print. the printer is hooked up wireless to my computer.
