need to restore bluetooth to a win 11 computer that used to have it.

I have an older HP desktop computer with Win 11 installed on it. When I bought it everything worked fine, including bluetooth. It was turned ON in the Settings menu. Someone visited one day and did some changes to my settings or another location and I no longer have bluetooth. I've tried drivers and diagnostics with no luck at all. Any suggestions.
