Hi, I'm encountering an error (snippet below) when restarting my computer. The apps function normally, but sometimes my headphones fail to connect to the dongle. They only connect after I restart my computer, and the error appears during the restart process.error

    Hello,

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

This type of error, often referred to as a "referenced memory error," can occur due to various reasons such as a outdated drivers, or issues with your computer's memory.

Here are some general troubleshooting steps you can try:

1.Change the size of virtual memory: Virtual memory, also known as the pagefile.sys file, is where Windows keeps track of how your computer juggles a lot of demands for memory. By allocating virtual memory, it can help fix the error:

2.Clean boot: A “clean boot” starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. It helps to determine whether a background service is interfering with your game or program and to isolate the cause of a problem. These steps might look complicated at first glance. However, to avoid any trouble for you, please follow them in order and step-by step so that it will help you get back on track.

3.Run System File Checker (SFC): This tool checks for corrupted system files and repairs them:

4.Create a new user profile: Sometimes, a corrupted user profile can cause issues.

Remember to restart your computer after trying these steps to ensure any changes take effect.

I hope the information above is helpful.

    Best regards
