MYEXCEL IS NOT WORKING HOW CAN I FIX THIS ISSUE

Empty Excel file is opened but file with data thast files are not opened . How can i fixed this issue . its 2016 ms office

Hi,

It sounds frustrating to have your Excel files not opening properly. Here are a few steps you can try to resolve this issue in Excel 2016:

First I suggest you open it in safe mode running the following command: Press Win + R, type "excel /safe" in the blank box, press Enter. If it works fine in safe mode, please check the add-ins in your excel and disable them.

Click File- Options- Add-Ins on the left side of the dialog. Then click the drop-down arrow at the bottom of the dialog box and select "COM Add-Ins" from the list, then click the GO button. What comes up is a list of COM-Add Ins that are loaded and running.

Then please uncheck DDE Option, Open Excel- go to File- Options- Advanced- Scroll down to the "General" section- Uncheck "Ignore other applications that use Dynamic Data Exchange (DDE)".
