Issues with DAX Measure Not Respecting Date Slicer

Hi experts,

In a Power BI report, a new column is being created in the "All_loan" table intended to sum a column in the "ledger" table. However, the sum (highlighted in the red rectangle) aggregates all values without considering the date slicer. It is suspected that this issue arises because the "All_loan" table lacks a Date column for linking.
