    Hi @Bette Ridgeway

You could click ··· menu -->New InPrivate window in Edge browser to open an InPrivate window and check if the website can load in InPrivate window.

Besides, you could click "Proceed to www.ridgewaystudio.com (unsafe)" on the page to see if it opens the website.

If none of the above works, you could try the methods in this link to see if they can fix the NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID error: https://kinsta.com/knowledgebase/neterr-cert-authority-invalid/. Non-official, just for reference.

    How is it blocked?
If the site requires access, please request access.

Just to be sure, please also try troubleshooting your browser.
・Try it in an inPrivate window
・Try deleting all browser cookies, cache, and history for the entire period.
・If you are using browser extensions, try temporarily disabling them
    ・Try using a different browser
・If you are using security apps other than Defender, try temporarily disabling or uninstalling them
・If possible, try changing the Internet line you use (e.g. from your home LAN to your smartphone line)

Thank you so much for your help. I finally learned that the host of my website had not reapplied for the CCL. She did so, and the site is now working. Normally, this is done automatically but in this case it had to be done manually. It was so frustrating to be offline for many days. Bad for business. Now on track. Thank you so much YuZhou. You are a treasure!
