How to delete debit card details

I was trying to create a free trial account but accidentally I ended up adding my card details in the azure subscription provided by my organization where I am working, I need to delete my card details from their without deleting the subscription. There is no other billing details in the account. Please help

You can update, delete payment methods using the steps here:

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cost-management-billing/manage/change-credit-card

If the payment method is in use, it must be replaced or detached. Continue reading the following sections. They explain how to detach the payment method.
