Error accessing the sandbox for learning the az 900

Question

The selected user account does not exist in the “Microsoft Services” tenant and cannot access the “18fbca16-2224-45f6-85b0-f7bf2b39b3f3” application. First, the account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant. Use a different account.

i am using the concierge subscription, since its the one to learn the azure. I cannot gather what could be possibly happening, since i dont have access to the entra id of the subscription...

i know there is a workaround of just doing the boxes in the azure portal, but i would like to know why this happens

We appreciate your patience. We have notified our internal team of the issue and suggest you to follow this temporary workaround as suggested by TP:

You can workaround the issue by first Activating the sandbox (solving puzzles, reviewing permissions, etc.) and then once you see the sign-in box appear on the right open a new browser tab. In this new tab, browse to https://shell.azure.com. If your existing sandbox hasn't expired you can use that instead of activating a new one.

When prompted, click Bash (the exercise has both PowerShell and Bash. You can switch between them as needed using button above cloud shell window).

Next choose No storage account required, for Subscription select Concierge Subscription, and click Apply.

After several seconds delay while a cloud shell is requested and connected to, you should see $ prompt. At this point you can complete the exercises instructions, copy/paste code from exercise tab to cloud shell tab as needed, etc.
