I need assistance with an issue regarding my Microsoft certification exam.
- Exam Date: March 6, 2024
- Issue: Attempted to take the exam, but Pearson VUE’s software was not working. I contacted immediatly their support team and documented the issue.
- Pearson VUE Response: On March 9, 3 days later, I received a response from Pearson VUE stating that they refunded my voucher. However, the voucher was only valid until March 6, which means I cannot use it to reschedule my exam.
- Current Situation: Pearson VUE is now telling me that I must purchase a new exam voucher, even though I was unable to take the exam due to technical issues on their side.
This does not seem fair, as I showed up for my exam and was prevented from taking it due to their system failure. I would like to request assistance in having my voucher extended or being given a new voucher so that I can schedule my exam without paying again.
Could someone from Microsoft Certification Support help escalate this issue? Any guidance on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.
