AD Account deleted and re-created and Azure Access lost

My AD account ID has been changed (deletion and 30 days passed, new creation = new ID).

Now I cannot access my Azure Portal. When I login with the re-created account (the same email) I have a blank portal.

    Hello Nedim Hadzibegić

Your new AD account isn’t automatically linked to its previous permissions because of the change in internal identifiers. The primary solution is to have an admin (reassign your Global Admin (or other necessary) roles to your new account.

    Hi @Nedim Hadzibegić
I understand that your AD account has deleted past 30 days.

Now when you login into the account with same email you are redirected to blank that is default directory.

Try to login using the provided link: Create Your Azure Free Account Or Pay As You Go | Microsoft Azure
