Linked server is accessing system databases temp and master

Hi,

I have created a linked server for two user databases, but the linked server is accessing the system databases also.

is there way to restrict the linked server not to access system databases.

I don't know exactly how you set up the linked servers, nor do I know what you mean with "accessing the system databases".

But, generally, you cannot lock out users from the system databases, since they have the guest user enabled, and you cannot (or at least should not disable that). And login over linked server is just like any other login as far as the target server is concerned.
