Error running Content Safety Studio

I have a valid subscription, but when I try to run a Content Safety Studio Moderate Text content example, I always get "Error, Your account does not have access to this resource." I am the only user and owner of the Content Safety and added Cognitive Services User role to my account. I followed all the steps here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/ai-services/content-safety/studio-quickstart?source=recommendations

any help ?

Double-check that you are accessing the correct Content Safety resource associated with your subscription. If you have multiple resources, ensure that you are using the one where you assigned the role.

Go to the Azure portal and navigate to your Content Safety resource. Verify that your account appears in the access control list and that the role is correctly listed.

Make sure your Azure subscription is active and not in a suspended state, as this could affect access to resources.

I checked all that and have yet to have any success. I'm really stuck on this and am considering giving up on Azure. Thanks anyway.

Since you've already checked the permissions, you can also try creating a new Content Safety resource and reassigning the Cognitive Services User role. Sometimes, changes can take a little time to take effect, so waiting and testing again might help as well.

Please check below details.

In studio settings, you resource should be available under Resource tab like below.

If there is no resource present, then you select the correct directory from Directory tab.

Next, try using Rest API

POST request to endpoint
https://<resource_name>.cognitiveservices.azure.com/contentsafety/text:analyze?api-version=2024-09-01

Headers:
"Ocp-Apim-Subscription-Key": <value>
"Content-Type": "application/json"

Body:
{"text":"A 51-year-old man was found dead in his car. There were blood stains on the dashboard and windscreen. At autopsy, a deep, oblique, long incised injury was found on the front of the neck. It turns out that he died by suicide.","blocklistNames":[]}

Or sdk like mentioned here because multi service resource doesn't show in in studio.

No, I could not find a solution - not only me but all known AI providers (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, and others, including MS support 😊) have been unable to resolve this issue. Anyway, thanks for your support, but I have decided to cancel my Azure subscription and continue with another AI cloud provider.

Just a note of frustration: despite the billions reportedly invested by Microsoft in cloud infrastructure and AI, a simple and straightforward task could not be performed.
