Issue with Merging Certification Accounts and Missing Certifications

I am facing an issue with merging my certification accounts. I have earned certifications on both my organizational and personal accounts. However, when I attempted to merge them, I received a message stating that my profile is locked and is being merged with another profile.

Due to this issue, I am unable to view the certifications I have already earned. Additionally, my prerequisite certifications (AZ-104, AZ-204) are in a different account, which is preventing me from availing the AZ-400 certification.

I would appreciate your assistance in:

  1. Resolving the profile lock issue.
  2. Merging my accounts correctly so that all my certifications are visible in one place.
  3. Ensuring that my prerequisite certifications are recognized for the AZ-400 certification.

Please let me know the steps required to resolve this issue. Looking forward to your support.
