We have a Server with Windows server 2019 Essentials, which has access to 6 users per remote desktop. Previously, the office automation with users worked smoothly. But after just a few days, in one user he began to require the activation account again, the login data was entered, when moving to the password field shows the following errors in the image
In the user Administrator the application works smoothly but in the other remote users the error tag 4wp0s appears
He also tried a Standard Company license and the same happened with the error tag 4nsvw
It is installed Office 2021 professional test plus user testing and it seems to be working.
Is it that the previously installed product detected that it was inappropriate to the system and asked for what it should be? Or what license specifically requires to work properly?
