Hi,

Is it possible to transfer the Microsoft Forms ownership of user who left the organization?

If yes, can you please advise how to do that ?

    You can transfer the Microsoft Forms ownership, but you need to have enough permission of admin and have a valid Forms license.

    Besides, the form is transferred within 30 days of when an account was deleted.
