Hi,I am encountering an issue while adding a SharePoint document as a knowledge source in Microsoft 365 Copilot. Initially, the Copilot works as expected and responds to questions based on the document. However, after some time, when I attempt to add the knowledge source again, I receive the following error:

Error Message: "Sorry, something went wrong. Error code: SystemError. Conversation ID: 8e9d8f8f-0936-427c-9995-f5a53a943320. Time (UTC): 3/18/2025 8:38:21 AM."

To troubleshoot, I removed the knowledge source and tested Copilot again, and it started working. However, I need to be able to use the SharePoint document as a knowledge source without encountering this issue.

Could you please assist in resolving this problem? Let me know if you require any additional details.

    • Ensure that your SharePoint document, as well as the site and specific libraries it resides in, have proper permissions set. Both the user adding the knowledge source and the application (Copilot) should have read access.
    • Some metadata or properties associated with the SharePoint document might be causing errors. Try using a different, simpler document to see if the issue persists. Ensure there are no irregularities or special characters in metadata fields.

    Thanks,
