Verify Compatibility and Availability of the Connector:
- Verify the documentations if the connector has specific requirements for availability or regional restrictions. While the connector may not appear in the Message Center or Roadmap yet, it could still be in limited testing or unavailable in your region.
Ensure Tenant-Wide Targeted Release Settings:
- Sometimes connectors in preview require a complete organizational release rather than user-specific release.
Permission Check:
- Ensure you have the "Search administrator" or relevant role assigned, as certain roles determine access to configure or view connectors.
Search for Monday.com Connector Explicitly:
- Although Monday.com may not appear in the list, some connectors can have delayed rollouts despite being on preview.
- Search for "Monday.com" explicitly in the "Connectors" list to ensure it's not hidden due to display or search filters.
