How do I fix the audio on my Laptop?

My laptop says there is no audio device installed.

I tried running the sound troubleshoot but that led to nothing. My Window button doesn't work either, I have to "right click" everything to go launch anything. The only thing I can click on is my computer managent, but I dont really know what to do there. My laptop works fine other than this, I can still open my browser and apps that are on my home screen. When I try clicking on most stuff, it says there is no file or app installed to run whatever it is i'm trying to click on. Also everything I click on says "This device is working properly."

    Hello,

Confirm if your network is connected . Then you can use these command to fix components (if something is broken, ensure run command windows with admin rights):

    Sfc /scannow

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-image /RestoreHealth

Then update your audio driver and confirm if it is working.
