I don't believe there is an option to check the refund request. Usually refunds take 7-10 working days, have 10 business days passed?

I submitted a request for a one-time $250 refund through Azure Help + Support due to unintentional charges on my subscription. It's been over a week, and the status still shows "Refund in Process." Is there a way to contact Azure support to check the status of the refund request for the invoice?
