Copilot Studio agent is not working correctly

I have created a chatbot using copilot studio. When i am running it on my local everything is running good but when i published it and testing the chatbot using chatbot endpoint it is not working fine.
Local chatbot output:
When i click on ask other question below is the next step i should get
But when i am testing it on my browser after publishing getting below output:

JAMES JACKSON 0 Reputation points2025-06-02T16:32:02.02+00:00 I am experiencing a similar issue. We have Agents from CoPilot SDK. They work within two domains that we control, but not in a client network domain. The agent hangs in the Network account but provides great responses within the other two domains. The client is also a Microsoft client.
