Hello,
from 18 March 2025, access to the AI Assistant, both the API and the Assistant Playground UI, will no longer be possible.

    After checkingn, I found out that several users have reported issues accessing Azure AI Assistants, encountering timeouts and errors both via the API and the Assistant Playground UI.

    Similar issues have been observed in various regions, such as East US 2, where users experienced significant latency and timeouts with OpenAI services. citeturn0search8

    Currently, there is no official acknowledgment or detailed information regarding these issues on the Azure status history page.Try to reach out to Azure support team if you issue still persists.
