One of my databases has been stuck on 'Pausing' for several hours, and won't unpause despite numerous attempts to query it. Auto-pause was enabled, but it has always unpaused without any issue for the past two years.
I tried initiating a manual failover using the Azure Cloud Shell, but got a '409 DatabaseNotInStateToFailover' error message:
Which Azure region is the database in?
Is the issue still occurring, or is it working now?
Several other people have reported same issue.
@PratikLad Any reason why that was not visible in Service health issues in Azure portal? And thanks for clarifying on the issue

This was a known issue that occurred in the region, impacting multiple customers. Our team has investigated and resolved the issue successfully.Services are now fully restored, and customers should no longer be experiencing any disruptions.
