Issue: How do I kill a scaling job that is stuck?
Resolution: Your database is in the UK South region, and you raised a ticket with Microsoft and was advised of an issue in the region. As mentioned earlier, your SQL database went into a stuck state due to the UK South region outage. Our team mitigated this issue, and the automatic scaling worked normally today.
