MS azure certificate doesn't show up in Active certifications in the Transcript

Question

Hi Support,

I have passed az-400 exam on Mar 15, 2025 and it's show up in the transcript as passed, but it doesn't appear in the "Active certifications" section.

I do have az-400 from few years which is expired, maybe that's what is causing the issue?
