HAve you tried using alternate government ID. For proof of address make sure you only use utility bill or bank statement.

    Hi Mansi,

The error message "Sorry, you do not meet requirements to create a Verified ID at this time" typically indicates that the identity validation process for your Trusted Signing account failed. Let me try to explain why it happens and try to help how to sovle it.

It may happens for some reasons like (Pls review it.)

    • Document Issues: The submitted document might not meet Azure's requirements (e.g., expired, unclear, or not accepted). The document type might not be supported for identity verification.
    • Mismatched Information: The details provided during identity validation (e.g., name, address) might not match the information on the submitted document.
    • Geographic Restrictions: Azure Trusted Signing might not support identity verification in your region or country.
    • System or Policy Limitations: There might be temporary system issues or policy restrictions preventing the creation of a Verified ID. Now what to do Review Document Requirements. Ensure the document is valid, clear, and matches the supported types listed in the Azure Trusted Signing documentation. Check Submitted Information. Verify that the details (name, address, etc.) match the document exactly. Check Regional Availability. Confirm that Azure Trusted Signing supports identity verification in your region. At Azure Trusted Signing documentation look for sections on supported regions or geographic availability. This will provide a list of regions where identity verification is supported.

    Best regards,

    Alex
