For your information - The following credit cards are accepted:

VISA

American Express

Mastercard

Also please ensure the following:
make sure you have a valid payment method and there are no blocker from your bank.

Double check your card details entered and its validity.

Check whether international transaction is allowed on this card, if yes then verify the limit (In most scenarios this is the main cause of the error). You may check it through your bank's net banking application.

And try different card or browser.
