I want to find out how I can get concurrent users connected to the same instance of AVD with a application deployment. We want concurrent users with AVD and this https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/virtual-desktop/publish-applications-stream-remoteapp?tabs=portal

We've tried doing a group assignment to the host machine but that seems limited to personal ones only. We've also seen there options for multi-session versions of windows and I'd also like to know if that is a dependency for this to work.

Azure Virtual Desktop

    Hi @E P,

To enable concurrent users in Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), you need to configure a multi-session host pool. This allows multiple users to connect to the same virtual machine simultaneously.

Please go through this link for more detailed information-https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune-service/fundamentals/azure-virtual-desktop-multi-session

Also, please refer to this this existing case https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/1725885/connecting-users-to-azure-windows-enterprise-multi
