SCCM : Random issue "error code 16389" on OSD Task Sequence

Hello,

For an unknown reason, when installing machines using our operating system deployment task sequences, we randomly encounter Error Code 16389. This error can occur at any step of the task sequence. In most cases, simply restarting the task sequence resolves the issue. However, at times, multiple attempts are required before the installation completes successfully.

This issue is causing significant delays and has a major impact on our support operations.

Given that the error can appear (or not) at any step of the task sequence, how can I resolve this problem?
