Your post is unclear and your "photo" not really helpful.

Please describe what you want to do and what you have done so far.

If you want to add a database user to a database role, then open the user properties => Membership.

Sql database is not expanding and the compatibility is 100 The sql server is 2014 version and also when i am trying to grant permission to user database roles are not visible for xxx database except this database all database are working fine.

Build 100 = SQL Server 2008; out-of-support since a very long time.
