Unable to reactivate a free subscription that expired. I have tried to hit upgrade 3 or 4 times and it always says try again later. How else can I reactivate the subscription?

The subscription upgrade is only available during or right after the trial. After expiry, you'll need to create a new Pay-As-You-Go subscription if the option isn’t available.
