Hi,

Dynamic Distribution Groups (DDGs) can not be expanded in any Windows based client not even on the Web Outlook.

In some article I found states that Web or the New Outlook client should be able to handle such request but after several test we realized this is generally unavailable.

When this option be available again?

That's the expected behavior. Dynamic DGs do not have a pre-set membership list, instead their membership is calculated each time a message addressed to the DDG is processed. Hence, there is no way for Outlook to "expand" the membership.

Microsoft did introduce a "membership" concept for DDGs a while back, which works as a snapshot of sorts, but it still does not allow email clients to expand DDG membership.
