Can I standardize my 3 or 4 Outlook programs to correspond with my android?

As a longtime customer of MicroSoft - nearly 40 years, I'm not getting much support. I have Outlook programs in IMAP and POP3 format. 1 on my desktop is older, 1 is newer. As a result I am forced to view my emails on the web which is wasting the very valuable time of this senior who has little time left on this earth! PLEASE HELP!

    Please use the mobile app for which the email service you use has published setup instructions.
    POP connection will not be possible with the mobile version of Outlook.

    利用しているメールサービス側が設定方法を公開しているモバイル版アプリを利用して下さい。
    モバイル版OutlookではPOP接続は出来ないでしょう。

    I would accept the answer had I not been told by Microsoft's support this morning that POP3 can be installed on mobile Android devices.
