SharePoint SE on-premises licensing

Question

I am working on a migration plan from SharePoint 2013 on-premises to SharePoint SE which will be self managed on MS Azure virtual machines.

Our plan is to have 2 load balanced front ends, an app server and a dedicated SQL Server.

We process invoices, among other things, for clients and have about 200 currently on 2013. THis is not an intranet.

I'm wanting to get an idea of licensing costs and was told this was where to post my question. What other information do you need from me?

Migrating from SharePoint 2013 on-premises to SharePoint Server 2019 on Azure Virtual Machines (VMs) involves several cost considerations, including licensing for SharePoint, SQL Server, and Azure infrastructure.
