Execute Powershell code getting stuck in running state. What could be the reason?

Hi, I am using the inline code action ( Execute Powershell code) in my standard logic app workflow. The Powershell script is the default script only which will just push the output as "Hello world". I am using the http trigger in my workflow.
When I am running my workflow, the "Execute Powershell Code" action is getting stuck in the running state. What could be reason for this? The Powershell script is the simple one.

Push-WorkflowOutputcmdlet correctly to return the output from your script. If the output is not being pushed properly, it could cause the action to hang. - Runtime Errors: If there are any runtime errors in your PowerShell script, such as trying to push a null object, it could prevent the action from completing successfully. Make sure that the object you're sending with
Push-WorkflowOutputis not null. - Compilation Errors: If there are compilation errors in your script, these will be detected when you save your workflow. You can check the error logs in Application Insights for any indications of issues.
- Service Limitations: Since the capability to execute PowerShell code in Logic Apps is still in preview, there may be limitations or bugs that could impact execution.

I am referring to the same document that you have provided. I am using a simple http trigger and just a execute Powershell code action, below is the screenshot for the reference.
Is there any thing specific I need to enable to run the Powershell code? Because this is straight forward thing.
After 28 minutes when I am cancelling the workflow run, it is giving me "Action Skipped".
