I cannot access hotmail account, safari won't open the page via outlook site!

Question

Where is my email? I cannot access it, and am very frustrated. Safari says it Cannot parse response"

Try it in an inPrivate window.
Try deleting all cookies, cache, and history from your browser for the entire period.
If you are using browser extensions, try disabling them temporarily.
Try it in a different browser.
If you are using a security app other than Defender, try uninstalling it.
