Edge Web Apps with FSlogix and Windows 11

Question

Hello, we currently run non-persistent VDI with Windows 10 and FSlogix 2210 hotfix 4. When a user creates a Web App using Edge it works and follows the user and works fine with every next login. We took a copy of our Windows 10 image and upgraded it to Windows 11 for testing. With Windows 11 if a user creates a Web App using Edge it will work in that session but if they log out and back in the Web App no longer works. The icon on the desktop won't work and icons pinned to taskbar show blank or gray. I'm thinking it has to be a bug with Windows 11 and/or FSlogix.

What I have tried so far:

Brand new FSlogix profile.

Upgraded FSlogix to 25.02.

Upgraded Windows 11 from 23h2 to 24h2.

I have seen two posting about the same thing but no resolutions. One has a workaround but it's not plausible since we don't control what sites users create into Web Apps.

Check you are using the latest versions of both FSLogix and Windows 11. Sometimes, updates include fixes for such issues. The latest FSLogix version as of now is 25.02:

This release is a change in versioning and release structure. This update to v3 introduces a versioning that is date / time formatted and based on when the product was created. While not feature packed, we made significant updates and improvements to enhance overall stability. As stated I have already upgraded FSlogix to 25.02 as well as upgraded Windows 11 from 23h2 to 24h2. Any other suggestions?
