Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

Please reply here if you have any error messages when downloading copilot. Windows 11 Copilot will be automatically added to your Windows 11 computer through Windows 11 Update. If Copilot is not displayed on your Windows 11 PC, make sure you log in to Windows 11 with a Microsoft account instead of a local account. Run Windows Update to install all available updates for your PC, and make sure you have installed KB5030310.

When this is rarely seen, usually a Refresh or Let's try again fixes it. And Copilot comes from the MS Store, not WU.

If the Store app is giving you trouble, open Copilot in Edge. Install that as an app and see if you do better with it, instead. Plus, it has advantages over the Store app, anyway.

1. Can run more than one Acc't Profile Copilot simultaneously
2. Has Rt Clk menus
3. Has Open sidebar search.
4. Has a Share icon
5. Has a Refresh button
