Partner Center Lost Owner/MPN/Legal Entity
I created a marketplace account and agreement with this account, before I added a custom domain to Entra. After adding the custom domain, I could not effectively administer the account. I added this user to Global Administrator, and then I lost my workspaces. Now the original account does not have the Owner tag, and when I try to create a new profile, the legal entity is already in use. I can't create a new workspace to raise a ticket in Partner Center, and every support related thread takes me back to Partner Center to create a ticket I can't create without a workspace. How can I get someone to actually help?
