can t get my sc-200 certification

Hello , I passed my exam sc-200 , after 5 days still didn’t receive. Pearson vue customer service tell me i have to contact Microsoft to merge 2 of my account , i don’t know who to contact and how and what it is ….. any help thanks

but nothing work from the link he attached me and when i go to microsoft learn neither
