can t get my sc-200 certification

Hello , I passed my exam sc-200 , after 5 days still didn’t receive. Pearson vue customer service tell me i have to contact Microsoft to merge 2 of my account , i don’t know who to contact and how and what it is ….. any help thanks

Also, you can try reaching out via the Microsoft Certification Chat Support for a quicker response. Make sure to provide them with your Microsoft Certification ID (MCID) and any details related to both accounts.

but nothing work from the link he attached me and when i go to microsoft learn neither
