Copilot Agent connected to a SharePoint Online library is showing documents from other sites

Question

I have a SharePoint site named CommercialWide, and it contains a document library named "Commercial", with a custom metadata column named "Document Type", Currently the document library only contains 3 documents, and they have Document Type values populated, as follow:-:-

and the Agent i created is from the site home page:-

and i define the above document library as its source:-

but when i asked the Copilot Agent, to provide a table withe the "document type" values , it gave me 5 results, although we only have 3 documents. for example the s1same is not a document it is a site name, so why we got it here:-

here is a site with name = "s1same":-

so why we are getting this wired results? 5 results while we only have 3 documents linked to the Agent source library?

second question, why not all the documents got the Document Type value? where 4 out of 5 got Unspecified??
