I'm encountering an issue with cross-tenant content migration and receiving the following error:

    The error message may be related to specific licensing particularly for tenant-to-tenant migrations.

    Please check whether your tenant has the relevant licensing. And do all pre-requisites given in this article.

    Note: This feature is not supported for users of the Government Cloud, including GCC, Consumer, GCC High, or DoD.
