Authenticator restore issue .. I can’t add my 2 other Microsoft emails as you have locked

Please help me restore my Authenticator emails on the app .. my primary is <Mod remove PII>@hotmail.co.uk .. i added suffix emails outlook.com and hotmail.com and are in use in email etc. restoring you have marked the outlook and hotmail.com as to many attempts .. so Authenticator is on my iPhone working under .co.uk and apps . But not for these 2 emails . Says to many attempts .. please release
