My computer always alerts me of Security Risks: Micro has been blocked since it's not trusted, but I don't think my problem is purely related to Excel because if I open the same Excel file on another computer, there will not be any problem; it only happens on my computer. If I pause the OneDrive update and open it from the file holder (not from the EXCEL history list), there will not be any problem, and Micro will also run without any alerting.

I have tried several options both in EXCEL and Internet options in Windows, but it just does not work.

    Hi @Junjie Wang

it only happens on my computer.

What version of Office are used on other computers and your computer? Microsoft 365 Apps?

If I pause the OneDrive update and open it from the file holder (not from the EXCEL history list)

Are the folders containing these macro files synced to OneDrive?

If so, which type of OneDrive are you using, personal OneDrive or OneDrive for Business?

Please move these files out of OneDrive folder, such as to the %appdata%\Microsoft\Excel folder for a test.

Then right-click these files, select the Unblock checkbox (If there is) on the General tab of the Properties dialog.

I have tried several options both in EXCEL and Internet options in Windows, but it just does not work.

Although you said you have tried the relevant trusted locations and trusted sites settings, could you please show us which paths you have set?

Please go to File > Options > Trust Center > Trust Center Settings... > Trusted Locations, add both OneDrive URL https://{your-domain-name}-my.sharepoint.com (OneDrive for Business) and https://d.docs.live.net/(Personal OneDrive) and local OneDrive folder path.

Please remember to tick the boxes of "Subfolders of this location are also trusted" and "Allow Trusted Locations on my network".

Then go to Control Panel > Internet Options > Security > Trusted Sites, ensure https://{your-domain-name}-my.sharepoint.com and https://d.docs.live.net/ are also added.

The reference: Macros from the internet are blocked by default in Office
